Gravelbourg & District Museum
The Gravelbourg and District Museum offers the history of Gravelbourg and the surrounding area including the medical collection of Dr. Antoine Soucy, sketches and paintings by renowned painted Charles Maillard, unique showpieces from the North West Mounted Police, and much more in over 3,000 square feet of exhibit space. Visit the museum and learn more about the fascinating history of Gravelbourg.
The museum hosts a variety of special events, including a museum fundraiser in August featuring a silent auction and period costumes.
Collection Highlights: Father Charles Maillard sketches & photos / First Nations collection / Religious orders exhibit / Legion exhibit with war artifacts / Gaiety Theatre exhibit with old slide projector with lamp and merchant slides from 1950's & 1960's.
