New Director General of CCI and CHIN

CCI and CHIN are delighted to welcome their new Director General, Jérôme Moisan.

Jérôme joined the Department of Canadian Heritage in 1996 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of areas, including official languages. He has been responsible for the department’s policies on international affairs, human rights and multiculturalism for the last few years. Until November 2018, he was the Director General of the Strategic Planning, Evaluation and Research Branch at Canadian Heritage. His extensive knowledge of cultural and heritage issues in Canada is especially well suited to the unique mandates of the CCI and CHIN.
