Free CCI Pilot Project Opportunity: Preservation Housekeeping for Heritage Sites & Small Museums

Category: Professional Development Opportunities / Closes September 30th, 2019

In November & December 2019, the Canadian Conservation Institute (CCI) is going to be launching a pilot program to test an e-learning module called Preservation Housekeeping for Heritage Sites and Small Museums. They are looking for up to 10 participants for this pilot period. They will be partnering with the Ontario Museums Association (OMA) which will allow participants to access the e-learning module through the OMA’s online Learning Management System.

Participants will have from approximately November 12 - December 13, 2019 to access the module, so they must be available during this period. Participation is free; all they ask is that a short survey is completed following the completion of the e-learning module. The module takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete.

If you are interested in participating in this project, or have any questions, please contact Kathleen Watkin, Museums Advisor at advisor@saskmuseums.org or 306-780-9266

Deadline to apply is September 30th, 2019.
