Join the University of Regina Community Research Unit for a hands on session on managing an essential element in the Non-Profit Sector – Employees.  This session will provide a high-level overview around essential aspects of HR management and the considerations to take into account when working with employees. The session will focus around best practice fundamentals that need to be in place and considered in helping manage the organization’s people resources which help accomplish its business plan.  Participants will have an opportunity to ask the questions that always seem to come up especially during challenging and unpredictable situations which leave one asking – why is managing employees so difficult?  The session will provide insight and reflection on approaches and how you adapt your management style with today’s ever-changing environments.
