RE-ORG Prairies and North:  One-day Conference on Storage Reorganization - March 15

If you work with collections in a museum, chances are you have faced storage challenges. The Canadian Conservation Institute (CCI) is pleased to announce a one-day conference on storage reorganization to provide some help.
 
RE‑ORG Prairies and North – Adventures in Storage Reorganization  is presented in collaboration with The Manitoba Museum, the Association of Manitoba Museums and ICCROM (International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property).

Come learn about the RE-ORG method for storage reorganization and how it could benefit your institution. The RE-ORG method was developed by ICCROM and UNESCO and was adapted in collaboration with CCI. At this conference, you will learn from the experiences of the six institutions participating in the 2018–2019 edition of RE-ORG: Canada (Prairies and North), from one of the developers of the RE-ORG method and from other specialists in Canada and abroad.

This is the fifth and final edition of RE-ORG: Canada.

The conference will be held in English on March 15, 2019, at The Manitoba Museum in Winnipeg. The event is open to all, however, spaces are limited to 30. The fee is CAN$150 (includes HST, snacks and beverages) to attend the conference. The application deadline is February 27, 2019Apply now!
