A ceremony with relatives of a member of No. 2 Construction Battalion (WW1) will precede The Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia in collaboration with the Department of National Defence hosting an apology from the Federal Government which will be shown online at the Regina Armouries. The public is invited.
