Steam Engine at the Western Development Museum - Moose Jaw

“Our History” Summer Gallery Pop-up

Join us at the WDM Moose Jaw Sundays in July and August for drop-in family activities! Explore Museum artifacts and exhibits with crafts, games and hands-on activities with a different theme on each date. This summer we invite you to learn more about bicycles, motorcycles, flight, astronomy, boating, trains, camping and comparing the past to the present. On August 7, visitors will travel back through time using the Timeline wall in the 100 years of Saskatchewan History exhibit and compare the past to what your family and friends do and take part in today. This activity is best enjoyed when different generations visit together. Learn about how you can connect your own history to the images and artifacts in this gallery. Free with regular Museum admission. For more details, please call 306-693-5989.
