Summer Grounds Maintenance Assistant - WDM North Battleford
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Summer Grounds Maintenance Assistant’s main responsibility will be to support the maintenance of the grounds and equipment. The Summer Grounds Maintenance Assistant will ensure that the grounds are esthetically pleasing and safe for visitors. They will also assist with the set-up of special events and functions. Weekend work is required.
DUTIES:
Grounds maintenance including:
- Trim caragana hedge, trees and shrubs
- Cut grass that tractor cannot reach with a push mower
- Weed and water flowers and trees
- Plant, weed, water and maintain garden
Special Events and Programming
- Assist with the set-up and dismantling of special events and programs held in the Museum
- Assist with artifact and exhibit security
$13.50 an hour

Hours: 36 hours per week, will include weekends
