Changing demographics… is your organization ready?

SaskCulture has been discussing the importance of multiculturalism and inclusiveness It has been working with its members to help determine ways the community can become more inclusive, response and reflective of the changing face of the province.  In 2013, SaskCulture contracted R. Anderson & Associates, in conjunction with Terry Schwalm & Associates, to consult with member organizations on the issue.  Their report, entitled, Engaging Saskatchewan’s Emerging Demographics is now available.

The Tri-Global partners – SaskCulture, Sask Sport and Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association – have also released Assessment of Demographic & Community Data , by McNair Business Development Inc., which provides community leaders with current and relevant information in assessing Saskatchewan’s evolving demographics and help in future planning.

For more information on these reports, contact Dean Kush, Assistant General Manager, SaskCulture at 306-780-9436, or [email protected].
