Each summer, a unique museum is created in Allan with new exhibits and displays in both buildings. Our motto is “A New Museum Every Year.” The museum has a permanent collection of over 3,500 local photographs and access to over 4000 obituaries. Clippings binders, school yearbooks and business invoices are part of the research collection.
The Allan Museum hosts several events during the summer including Museum Awareness Day and children’s programming. They can accommodate school and family groups.
