Don’t let those rainy summer days worry you! Come on down to the Interpretive Center where you will find the life size replica of Big Bert, a 92-million-year-old crocodilian fossil that was found in the area. Watch the educational and local history DVDs available about Big Bert, the dig and the local area.
There are many local fossils on display as well, including castings of archaeological finds from along the nearby Carrot River.
The interpretive centre is located at Pasquia Regional Park, 10 km’s South of Carrot River and 15 km’s Northeast of Arborfield on Highway 23.
