Located in Mortlach’s old fire hall, the museum features an interesting collection of artifacts that tell the stories of the pioneers and settlers of Mortlach and the surrounding area.
The museum also includes a courthose and jail cell- a photo in the old jail cell makes a memorable keepsake for visitors to the museum!
A new addition to the Mortlach Museum and Drop In Centre is the Bernie Forbes Archaeological Collection, consisting of First Nation’s artifacts from the area.
The Mortlach Museum also opens each year on July 1 for the Mortlach Saskatoon Berry Festival. Visitors to the festival will enjoy a day exploring the town and discovering a variety of Saskatoon berry Recipes.
