Big News

Today, the Museums Association of Saskatchewan has some big news: we’re entering the Blogosphere with the launch of this blog!

This might not make headlines around the world, but here at MAS, we’re very excited to have this new platform for getting the word out about all the exciting goings-on in Saskatchewan’s museum community.

This blog is an accessible, low-cost way for us to share exciting stories about our own and our members’ activities. You’ll find profiles of projects, events, people, and programs related to Saskatchewan’s museum community – some we discover on our travels around the province and some that you send us. You’ll also find how-to guides and information about museum operations, and trends in the museum world.

We’re also expecting you to participate in the conversation. Feel free to comment on what you read here and offer your own insights and observations of what’s happening in your part of the Saskatchewan museum community.

In short, we’re aiming to make this your best source for information about the Saskatchewan museum community—and to make you as excited as we are about the people, events, and museums that help make this province so very special.

So, without any further ado – let the conversation begin!
