Topics discussed will include:

–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proper identification of archaeological material
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provincial and federal legislation impacting archaeological artifacts
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Repatriation and handling culturally sensitive material, including human remains
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â How to record archaeological sites
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Respectful display of archaeological artifacts
Participants are encouraged to bring archaeological materials for identification and to address any specific concerns they have with regards to their collections.
